Wheel Bearing Service :
Maintaining your trailer’s wheel bearings is a critical step for safe towing and ensuring a smooth journey.
- Trailer Servicing
- Remove all bearings and seals
- Clean and inspect all bearings for wear
- Replace all bearings (if required)
- Visual inspection of axle (e.g. machined area)
- Repack all bearings with high quality, high temperate wheel bearing grease
- Supply and fit all new seals
- Reassemble all hubs with new split pin and new dust cap

Aim to check your wheel bearings at least once a year or before embarking on long trips, especially if your trailer is regularly handling heavy loads or used in wet conditions.
Hubs, Brakes and Axles :
Is your box trailer equipped with electrical, mechanical or hydraulic brakes? No problem, we can service all these in our workshop

Trailer Wiring :
- Inspection and Cleaning
- Visually inspect the wiring
- Look for signs of damage like frayed, cut, or exposed wires, especially where the wiring enters the trailer frame or passes through the suspension
- Test the lights and brakes

Corrosion If pins or sockets show signs of corrosion, clean them thoroughly and consider using dielectric grease to prevent future corrosion
- Replace any damaged wires with new ones
- Complete wiring kits with led lights
